Refund policy

All items purchased online are FINAL SALE. However, if you somehow received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can further assist you.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Monalisa is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or damaged in the process of shipping. Customs duties, taxes, and related brokerage fees are payable by the customer. These fees are not included in the online purchase price and are imposed based on the laws of the destination country. If you would like to upgrade to shipping with insurance and/or tracking, please contact us through email.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 3% of the total amount will apply. Shipping costs are non refundable.
